How do I return an item?
Returning an item is easy. Please post your item back to us at Run Charlie. You may wish to use the tracked return service provided by royal Mail as this is an easy and cost effective way of returning your item to us. Please go to the Royal Mail return portal www.royalmail.com/returns to download a prepaid return label. This method of returning your item to us guarantees your refund and you will also be able to check the progress of your parcel on-line.
If you choose to use this service to return an item to us £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.
You can use your own non-refundable post method. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured courier service and retain the tracking number for your records. In the event of loss, we cannot guarantee are fund to you without a valid tracking number.

How do I exchange an item?
The quickest and most convenient way to exchange an item is to purchase your replacement with us to ensure that your item is in stock and dispatched to you the same day. When it is convenient for you, return your original item to us for a refund using the Royal Mail return portal www.royalmail.com/returns. You may wish to wait until your replacement item arrives before returning your original item or both if necessary.
If you simply want us to exchange your item without purchasing a replacement, please return it to us at the address below using your own postal method. Please include your packing slip and additional information telling us what you would like, new size, colour etc.

What is your exchange Policy?
If you need to exchange an item you have 30 days following receipt of your order to return any goods for an exchange. You must return the goods unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please include your returns slip in the return parcel.
How long does it take to refund my item?
Your item refund will take up to 4 days from receipt of your return at our depot. If you have used the return label via the Royal Mail return portal £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.
My item is faulty, how can I exchange it?
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please let us know straight away. Return any faulty item to us so that we can exchange the item free of charge or refund your purchase .
Can I return something if I just don't like it?
Yes, You have 30 days to decide if you want to keep your order or return it to us for a refund.
If I return an unwanted item do I get my postage costs back?
Because we offer the most cost competitive prices on the internet it is not possible for us to reimburse you for your return postage cost. If you have purchased delivery services such as Standard Delivery, Express, Next Day delivery or Guaranteed Delivery we are unable to refund these options to you.
We will exchange items without charging you additional postage if you live on the UK mainland.
Please contact us for overseas or UK Highland and Island addresses as additional charges may apply, but only sometimes!
How long does it take to process my exchange?
We will dispatch a replacement item within 1 working day of us receiving your returned item. If you do not receive your replacement item within 5 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate what's gone wrong.
