No one likes delivery charges. For this reason we try to keep them as low as possible for all destinations.

You've chosen your item. You've picked your colour. You've clicked on the right size. So once you've entered your payment details your order will be on its way. But how?

Free Standard Delivery within the UK on orders over £75*
Run Charlie is currently offering FREE standard delivery P&P on all UK orders over £75. If your basket value is below £75, there will be a nominal postage cost of £3.95. Your order is delivered normally within 2-3 working days after dispatch. * Free Shipping excludes some Tents, price will be displayed at checkout.

Express Delivery:
Prices start from only £5.95 for all UK deliveries. Your order is normally delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch. Express Delivery may not be available on all products.

Guaranteed Next Day & Saturday Delivery: 
If you are in a hurry and want you order next day. As long as the order is placed and payment cleared before 2pm the order will be delivered next working day. This service is just £7.95. Guaranteed Saturday delivery is £14.95. Next Day Delivery may not be available on all products.

Delivery to an alternative address:
If you would like to send the parcel to an alternative address, then please fill in the address details at the order stage. There is no extra postage charge for this service, but we are unable to dispatch to alternative addresses if they are not on your order.

European and Worldwide Delivery:
All international orders to Europe and the rest of the world start from as little as £14.95 per order for delivery and you will receive your order within 3-10 working days. At checkout please choose to enter your address manually and select the relevant country. Enter your worldwide address and delivery option and your international delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As an international customer please be aware that you may be required to pay Customs Duty or Import VAT including handling fees before your delivery is completed. Run Charlie do not include specific customs duty or import VAT charges within your purchase and delivery price. Charges will depend on courier, specific country, and value of the item including postal cost. please refer to your local customs and duty information for charges associated with the importation of mail order goods from the UK. Thank you

For International Deliveries we remove the UK VAT. The receiving customer may be required to pay local VAT and Import Duty costs. All duties will be collected by the courier prior to delivery.

The Channel Islands:
Standard delivery starts from as little as £3.95 and we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Please note that we do not make reductions on prices when supplying to non EC countries.

VAT and postage costs:
The VAT involved has been taken into consideration when calculating the postage charge.

Last Standard delivery before Xmas*:
Last order date is 12th December for Standard and 16th December for Tracked 48 delivery before Christmas.

Last Premier delivery before Xmas*:
Last order date is 19th December Tracked 24 and 21st December for Next Day guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

Last International delivery before Xmas*:
Last order date is 1st-9th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Please email customerservice@runcharlie.co.uk for more details

*Please note that the advised last delivery dates are not including for any Royal Mail Strike Action, should further Strike Action occur we cannot guarantee the above dates. Should further strikes occur closer to Christmas please see Royal Mail website for revised dates.

Delivery Restrictions*
When you place an order, we will inform you which delivery services are available. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. Please refer to our Terms of sale for further details.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. If you do need to return any items for an exchange, we do not charge postage again to resend a replacement to UK mainland addresses for further details please refer to our returns policy. Please contact us for overseas as additional charges may apply.
